The program included quarterly weekend retreats, interspersed with monthly dialogues, reading assignments, lecture, and partnership with a person more experienced in the faith journey. The project included a study group that engaged in eight study sessions of the book of Psalms.  This group then divided into five sub-groups, each of which was responsible for the ordering and implementation of a worship service centered upon a theme from the Psalms.  The project also included the efforts of a project steering committee that sought to explore the plurality of the worshiping community through the use of oral interviews.
