The ten congregational projects ran concurrently to produce a new attitude among the people as atakeholders in their church. This report establishes the rationale for alternatives, summarizes lectionary history, lists and evaluates alternates, and provides two of the author's own lectionaries, Route 66, which explores a non-RCL passage in each book of the Bible, and the Progressive Dinner Lectionary, which highlights table scenes in the Bible. The project's goals were to research the congregation's knowledge and participation in community service and determine how it affected their faith, and how their faith affected their view of community service as they served those in need. The project also served in providing the minister knowledge, tools, and resources increasing his effectiveness in practicing ministry in the local congregation. The project enabled the minister to understand that spiritual formation and community service are significantly interrelated as one shares the gospel locally and globally. This project developed the first part of a Chaplain's Academy that focuses on the 'Foundations of Law Enforcement Chaplaincy.' The project focus and scope were to plan, develop and lead the first four curriculum sessions of the Chaplain's Academy - Foundations of Law Enforcement Chaplaincy - and include the following elements: 1) The Law Enforcement Family, 2) Legal Liability/Confidentiality/Privileged Information, 3) Sensitivity and Diversity, 4) Ethics. This project was designed to help Christians be more intentional about cultivating their marital relationships. The purpose of this project in ministry was to build biblical Christian marriages that would withstand the challenges that arise in the marital context. The research question asked was,'If Christians are equipped by their minister for marriage enrichment, will their marriages be strengthened?'
