His view of this overall spiritual process incorporates elements of both particular crises and processes and is 'systemic' in nature, involving cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions of human experience. This project of ten weekly two-hour small group learning experiences employed pretest and both immediate and delayed posttest evaluations of participants' understanding.
