Using a qualitative case study method, observations from the wight men were presented in a conversational sequence, and then analyzed for significant themes that were unique to the discipleship experience. The means to spiritual growth were identified, as were the hindrances to spiritual growth. Data is based on interviews with pastors from multicultural churches. The study used guided, open-ended interviews to explore the faith life of each person and discover how each had learned to love God and others, being transformed into Christ's image.
