The researcher took a qualitative approach to descriptive research. She interviewed Tamajaq speakers regarding the nature of wisdom, traits of wise people, and ways of acquiring wisdom. She proposed developing 'The path of Wisdom for the Tamajaq,' to present biblical teaching through storytelling, poetry, and song, illustrated by Tamajaq proverbs. The purpose was to confirm spiritual life factors enabling this population to thrive in their lives and ministry. In this concurrent mixed-methods study, 227 participants completed quantitative survey items and 32 participants responded to a qualitative interview schedule.  Spiritual vitality, evidenced through qualitative findings, was summarized as an outcome of a personal relationship with the triune God that is evident through the Christ-like qualities of a missionary who is resilient in the face of hardship. This research is to find out factors that enable the leaders to effectively equip their youths. This study employs descriptive research methodology and concentrates in three research questions: What are the characteristics of the effective leaders? What are the practices of the effective leaders? What makes effective leadership teams? The findings rest on interviews with leaders of five effective Chinese churches of NYC (BCCC, FaBC, FiBC, NYCAC, and OCM), InterVarsity, and Seekers.
