This project was conducted through an anonymous, online questionnaire and in-depth interviews with self-selected students. It is the argument of this report that both an academic as well as a formational approach would work best to aid the growth of the resistant student. The project offers a group of people in ministry opportunity to participate in a workshop that presents the tools and training methods used in Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) in the US.
