This project focuses on how preacher and musician can work together to provide the worship assembly with a unified proclamation. This report explores the roles of preaching and hymns in the proclamation of the gospel. This project discusses the reasons for establishing lay leadership in pastor-centered Korean churches in the church history and explains the process involved in lay leadership development. Especially, this project will uncover how Korean Worship \u0026 Music Conference, which is targeted at Korean churches, seeks lay leadership, as well as uncovering how in reality it is applied in the field ministry. They may wonder what long-lasting impact the experience has on those who attend. What factors influence whether a worship experience is memorable? This project uses a case study research method to answer the question, 'What is the impact of a whole-brain design of worship and education on the attitudes, actions, and thoughts of congregational members in their everyday lives?'
