This study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with six pastors who served on bicultural pastoral staff teams. The research focused on three areas: core values, emotional intelligence, and cultural intelligence. This study concluded that the pastors' self-awareness when combined with their commitment to the Gospel was essential to effective team leadership practices.
