Kirk of the Hills, a PCA church in St. Louis, Missouri, is currently using the model for pastoral care as proposed for large churches.  Questionnaires were completed by those in leadership and by active church members to determine the degree of effectiveness of pastoral care. The author reviewed worship in the Reformed tradition and analyzed current problems in the worship practices of the Korean Presbyterian churches. Data was gathered through survey of literature and questionnaires were given to pastors and lay people to assess their understanding of principles of reformed worship. Research was conducted through a literature search.  The results were presented in a form of a seven-session divorced/separated group seminar focusing on: grief and depression, loneliness, guilt and rejection, anger and bitterness, identity and self worth, sexuality, and future goals.
