This holistic case study included students in the fall 2014 Theory and Theology of Leadership class at Multnomah Bible College. It used a process that provided students with leadership theory, theology, practice, modeling, evaluation and feedback. A process of triangulation was engaged with five different sets of data. An action research method was used whereby new course workbooks were written and implemented as the course curriculum. Students were interviewed pre- and post-course and responses compared.
