These constructs then informed the development of a culturally sensitive evangelization process.  The ethnographic interview method itself emerged as the process of choice in the course of doing the project. The research project is rooted in inductive Bible study.  It is designed as an inquiry into the meaning of the specific imago texts as well as other biblical texts relevant to medical ethics. Research focused on an examination of past training and interviews of 120 persons, including laity, clergy, missionaries and administrators. The research led to the development of three training modules: 'communication styles,' 'the vision and ministry of CBHMS,' and 'building a support team'. The research includes an eight-week, fourteen hour seminar/workshop that features the prayer principles from the Lord's Prayer in theory and in practice. A prayer survey given before and after the training measures changes in the prayer practice of the trainees. Research methods include personal interviews, direct observation, and surveys of teachers and students of the target schools.  An in-service faculty development program is prepared and a field study is conducted with a group of twelve participants.
