This project develops a program for children that should encourage a wholistic, Christian approach to death and grief. The project prepared a series of workshops for children focusing on death, dying, and grief as issues of faith. WeKare proved that churches have a role to play in the education of children with behavior and/or academic problems. WeKare accomplished this by formulating the biblical and theological foundations of the project, researching the problem, implementing and evaluating the project. The charge lived their faith by offering twelve weeks of mentoring to the students.
