The goal is to develop a mentoring process where leaders can assist church members in practicing five specific individual spiritual disciplines that will help them grow spiritually on their own. Participants will gain an understanding of these disciplines and practice them for a specific period. This project considered the dangers of spiritual fatigue and the benefits of spiritual disciplines through the study Experiencing Soul Rest. Each participant developed and practiced a rule of life. Pre-tests and post-rests provided measurable observations.
