It includes an enunciation of the theological and theoretical issues that impacted the project.  Objectives for the project are stated and evaluated.  The implementation resulted in a statistical increase in the number of members who filed a ministry menu in the office, who performed a ministry, and who became active transferring their ministry to others. Through the implementation of the program, some of the elderly's accumulated unmet needs were satisfied by their enjoyment of the programmed activities. They learned how to take care of their friends by praying for, calling, and listening to each other. Many part-time pastors and church employees receive financial support, but spiritual and emotional support is lacking.  Bivocational ministers and their spouses were enlisted to participate in a support group.  The purpose of the group was to guide participants in developing supportive relationships with one another. As a result, participants were to grow professionally and personally.  The Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis and interviews with a professional counselor provided objective data for evaluation.  Case studies were used to help group members analyze and theologically reflect on each experience. The chaplain asked fifty-two students to form nine counseling groups focusing on their interpersonal conflicts.  In six sessions they were trained to use an ethical model to resolve their conflicts. The author envisioned retaining and training young married professionals as the answer to this dilemma.  The recent influx of young married professionals into his church gave the author opportunity to implement a discipling project.  The participants were trained in three areas: interpretation of the Bible, teaching methodology, and understanding the pupils.  The entire process took twenty weeks to complete. After locating Chinese families from telephone directories, the outreach effort included telephone calls, direct mail and door-to-door visitation.  These activities were conducted with the hope that church members would be trained to reach out to the community through different means, and would generate opportunities to share the gospel and to increase church attendance.
