The project concentrated on training leaders through a training workshop.  The project began with research in appropriate literature and formation of a leadership team.  Fourteen participants in the workshop demonstrated marked improvement in their knowledge and skill in leading small groups. This project promotes recovery through church awareness, growth/support groups, and a cognitive/behavioral interactive workbook. Almost 50 percent of the project group members experienced varying degrees of improvement of codependent symptoms.  This result was confirmed by inventories, an evaluation form, interviews with the Project Director and a consultant, and the consultant's evaluation of all the data. The project involved three phases. Phase 1 involved pre-seminar tests and interviews to help determine personal histories.  Phase 2 was the seminar, incorporating the Myers-Briggs instrument.  Phase 3 was course evaluation and participants being re-tested and interviewed. Research on theology, relationships, leadership, and church growth provided the theological and theoretical rationale.  Twelve people participated.  Each participant signed a covenant of learning before the project and wrote a covenant of ministry afterwards. Evaluations were collected from participants, the field supervisor, and the project director. It equipped the parents with the skills necessary to manage no-end grief.  No-end grief manifests in parents of handicapped children as unrelenting episodes of grief with no predictable conclusion.  During a six-week workshop, the instructor introduced a proactive grief management tool he calls Flash Grief. By determining what these expectations are, the pastors and the author could design and modify programs to meet some of these expectations.  The major work of the project was done with the pastor and a workshop in each church.  The participants in the workshop indicated in various ways their cultural expectations for success. Barriers are not in God's designs for humanity or in the body of Christ. Culture shapes a person's perception of other people.  Human barriers are learned attributes.  The Holy Spirit equips Christians with a new nature capable of unlearning social barriers in an environment that is conducive to positive personal interactions.  Small groups are proven tools for enhancing human relationships. This project uses the seminary's supervised ministry program and adapts the program for the local church for sr high and college students not yet sure of the call of God for pastoral leadership.  Nine students interns were hired for a ten-week summer internship program structured under the model of supervised ministry.  The results indicate that the principles of supervision used in this project did significantly impact the students sense of confidence in understanding God's call on their
