Statistical analysis indicated no change; however, both the pre- and post-test scores of the participant apprentices resembled very closely those of previously successful church planter apprentices. Analysis of the information generated by questionnaires via telephone interviews indicated the orientation produced positive change, both hypothesized and additional. Of forty-nine participating families, eighteen registered a substantial increase in home worship activity. By involving the members in a training program the project sought to achieve in participants: 1. awareness of personal attitudes toward Mormon people; 2. positive attitudinal change in attitudes toward Mormons; 3. greater knowledge of Mormon doctrine and biblical doctrine; and 4. an ability to personally witness to Mormons.  Sedlacek's Situational Attitude Scale was altered and administered to both a project and a control group.  The project group also took a pre-test and post-test on Mormon and biblical doctrine.  The doctrine testing instrument indicated that the third objective was clearly reached. Reporting by the participants indicated that the fourth objective was reached. The design of system analysis provided an excellent way of organizing and developing the project. The methodology was to use surveys, committee evaluations and committee reports.  The committee reports were presented to the church.  System analysis was used to study each ministry.  The result was a ten-percent increase in awareness of the ministries of First Baptist Church.  A similar increase was evidenced in the involvement of the members in ministry. By involving members in a prescribed pedagogical program the project sought to achieve three objectives: 1. an increased theological understanding of Christian worship; 2. an increased awareness of and participation in the worship service; and 3. an increased awareness of children's worship.  Two groups were enlisted.  A test group was involved in five pedagogical sessions; a control group was not.  A worship questionnaire was developed to show comparative scores before and after the pedagogical program.  Allport, Vernon, and Lindzey's 'Study of Values' was used to determine the effects of the project on personal values.  Both instruments indicated that the project's objectives were attained. The method for developing the manual was through a committee composed of Puerto Rican pastors, leaders, and missionaries.  The committee developed and produced the manual, with a final workshop to field test it. There are seven steps in the manual which a church growth committee in the local church can follow in the process of developing a healthy church. The committee presented the manual to pastors and leaders of the Puerto Rico Baptist Association in a two-day retreat. The project sought to enhance and expand the ministry of Faith Mountain Fellowship Church.  The church selected an associate pastor, minister of music and missions, minister of adult education, and a children's director who conducted ministry events applicable to their positions and ministries.  The ministry objectives of the participants were realized by planning, executing, and evaluating ministry events which improved their skills by in-service training.  Church objectives were accomplished by involving individuals in leadership roles and providing them with opportunities for significant ministry achievements.
