The project included a strategy to create the community task force, and team building principles to help the task force to operate effectively. The project used the Myers-Briggs Personality Index to understand positive differences between team members and enhance the team's strength through diversity. The team utilized business principles of 'silos,' and 'Mutual accountability' through the Oz Principle. These churches developed new strategies to minister to college age students in their churches. A training session educated the pastors about the beliefs of college students and how to minister to them. The pastors were given evangelism experience on the UNLV campus. An evaluation meeting was conducted about their findings. Zion Baptist Church, Ontario, California by using core values. I contend that one-on-on discipleship is the choice method for core values transference and that it produces optimal long-term results when it utilizes multiple intelligence, brain learning, and emotional intelligence theories. The use of this method produces leaders who motivate others to reach their full potential and strengthens the long-term stability of organizations. Fifteen participants completed training, and thirteen engaged in one-on-one discipleship as agreed. The spark from this project has potential to make II Timothy 2:2 a reality throughout Mt. The author implemented three strategies in this project: first, initiating and developing an individualized coaching relationship; second, training three ministers to lead their leadership teams through a values-discovering; third, consulting with the ministers to use a values-based decision-making guide to evaluate future plans. A Support Network of Coaches (SNC) was trained in advanced Christian Coaching techniques.  Each SNC coached a local pastor.  Both the SNC and the local pastor evaluated the coaching initiative by rating the effectiveness of the process and giving written comments. The Project Director designed curriculum to demonstrate this idea, and tested it on a group of six Christian artists in Marin County, California. The project followed the activities and progress of the group, both in their production of art and in their spiritual development. The participating artists provided feedback through instruments employed by the director to measure their development and how that development grew out of their collaborative art. The project also consists of a clinic designed for wrestling coaches and taught by a nationally known wrestling coach who gives his personal testimony. Barriers often keep the church from this natural growth. The purpose of this project is to train key leaders of New Life Baptist Church to identify these barriers and make plans to remove them. Through a leadership workshop and follow-up meetings leaders were prepared to use studies of the church and communtiy to arrive at detailed plans to address the brriers found. The reasons are many, including: many see choirs as dated and irrelevant; increasing business and life challenges of Christians preclude participating fully; decline of interest and desire in younger generations to participate; and the natural attrition of older, faithful generations retiring. However, the Bible reveals that choir is a God-ordained ministry, for heavenly and earthly worship.
