The thesis undergirding and guiding this research project is that an open system is an essential component of a redemptive culture and is necessary to a redemptive process and outcome. The writer surveyed the churches and missions in India and South Gujarat. He discerned a biblical theology of New Testament leadership teams and their development. He studied the needs of leaders through a demography survey and developed a curriculum with resources from BILD. This curriculum had three stages: mastering the basic principles, building character and ministry concepts, and doing theology in culture and civilization.
