The research focused on the students who used the LIfe Story tool in the spiritual formation program. To that end, the project provides an example of a tested graduate level women's ministry course to train women leaders.  The material was specifically designed for the master's degree in Christian education at Dallas Theological Seminary where the author teaches.  Four evaluation tools over two semesters were implemented. The data was analyzed and used to recreate the course enhancing learning and providing a model for future studies that can be adapted to local church settings as well as academic classrooms.
