The goal of designing a holistic discipleship model is to enable Christians to understand more fully and practice more intentionally the true nature of God's reign which we have been called to witness and serve, which is the redemption of all creation. The chapters build toward the development of a curriculum designed to offer every disciple a deeper biblical understanding of God's reign, a clear process of growth consistent with this holistic redemptive biblical vision, and a set of right practices to follow in each dimension of growth, regardless of the participant's particular sense of vocation. An ethnographic approach to ten church plants were included in this study. Three of the plants were investigated further with additional site visits, surveys and interviews with leaders and members of the church plant community. Four key principles were identified that contributed to the success of the church plant. This project seeks to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a tool for developing services to all customer segments of any local church and, therefore, can be applied to the corporate leaders. Lessons from business have demonstrated the CRM is difficult to implement. A CRM framework, such as Gartner's eight block model, would help local churches leverage the benefits of CRM while avoiding the known risks. It is faith, love, humility, and obedience from their hearts, which give vitality to the individuals and define true spirituality. This thesis pursues the relationship between love, faith, humility, and obedience. Then the exercise of these qualities in the outworking of theology through devotion to scriptures, fellowship, communion, and prayer is examined. Within the cell group there is the community of Christ.  It is within this non-threatening, Christ centered fellowship that people may learn how preached biblical truths impact their lives in practical everyday living.  The result of this project showed an increase in the participants knowledge of Scripture as well as a tangible lifestyle change.
