Research was done in current theory about the use and effectiveness of the medium, the situation in small-town America, the views of the leadership of the church about goals for the program; a random survey was taken to determine the composition of the present audience. The importance of a strategy for growth and the theological perspectives of church growth are examined.  This small church faced major obstacles to growth but at the end of the seven-year period the average number of participants in the worship service grew to 114.
