Equality in education was a focus issue these workshops. The intentional process included an invitation to and a decision to participate, workshops in skills, mentoring, and evaluation.  Skills, taught in 'Growth Sessions', gave practice through group and individual processes.  Support through mentoring and evaluation was very important in encouraging persons in their growth.
