The methods used were to evaluate the praise and worship segment of the services at Great Joy and neighboring churches, engage members in seminars, workshops, and surveys, and establish a barometer for the church. The intent was to create a worship experience that is vibrant and dynamic, thereby promoting growth and evangelism.
