The author used qualitative, social research methods and semistructured interviews were conducted. The data was collected from five churches in Taiwan that have over one thousand people attending worship services each week. Each of the five churches has a distinct church culture. This dissertation designed an questionary survey to five selected churches located in Midwest. Based on the analysis of the survey the development strategies were developed. These strategies were implemented in one of the selected five churches. Twelve parents of spiritually vibrant adults were surveyed from house (10) and three-self churches (2) throughout provinces (7) and municipalities (5) in mainland China. The survey revealed the parents' regular prayer life, loving and respectful marriage, commitment to faith, and positive parent-child relationship as the most influential components of family life.
