The project was completed in fifteen faculty meetings by following a validation copy of Leroy Ford's A Curriculum Design Manual for Theological Education: a Learning Outcomes Focus.  The manual proceeds from a broad purpose statement through scope, educational goals, educational objectives, context, instructional models, and administrative model to specific course descriptions.
