In seven two-hour meetings the project defines the dynamics of stress, explaining the negative impact of stress mismanagement on the minister's physical and emotional being. The author interviewed various pastors about the sources of distress in their lives.  Research and analysis was done through interviews, stress tests, and feedback from the seminar participants. As a result of the educational endeavor twelve couples from two churches accomplish observable progress in their perception and understanding as well as in their handling of stress.  Information on stress is presented through lectures and exercises. Scripture reinforces the program and assures a Christian experiennce.  Pre and post testing reveal positive results in stress management.
