The thirteen class members defined 'cult,' gathered resources and information about the cults, outlined the information by a given format, and increased their witnessing skills to cult members. Evaluative questionnaires were employed to ascertain understanding and growth. Both children and adults were educated on the faith development and worship capabilities of children in the corporate worship setting. A worship committee comprised of adults and children planned and evaluated a corporate worship service to reflect the goals. The project provided a formal structure for mutual sharing between clergy and laity, with the intent of meeting felt needs within the congregation.  The methodology involved a survey of the congregation to surface needs, the training of a group of people to give feedback to the preacher, and discussion to prepare sermons and to evaluate their effectiveness. This project was designed to improve the relationship between parents and teenagers by improving their communication skills.  It was a six-week course and used a praxis approach to learning. Parents and teenagers participated together in the class. Based upon pretest and posttest scores, adults in this project achieved a greater degree of improvement in communication skills than the teenagers.
