Twenty-eight people were interviewed of surveyed from the MAC region (three laypeople, fifteen pastors, and ten professors).  They answered eleven questions that dealt with components of holiness evangelism. A subsequent purpose was to present those findings to the Department of Local Church Education of the Wesleyan Church for practical consideration and utilization.  The primary purpose was accomplished through research in records and publications preserved in the denominational archives. The subsequent purpose was accomplished in a seminar presentation to the department. In the twentieth century, soul winning plans grew in number.  How does a person decide to use one outline or another?  this study provides a biblical framework for evaluating soul winning presentations.
