After surveying the perceived spiritual formation needs of students in one seminary, four teaching/learning activities were designed and implemented.  Although the whole project was carried out within a period of only eight weeks, there was a favorable response to the learning experiences and some progress in the use of spiritual disciplines was revealed. An instrument of evaluation consisting of interviews with principals and questionnaires of students and alumni was prepared and administered. The findings were analyzed.  It was observed that since institutional integration was not possible, nor advisable, the best way to cooperate and share resources would be to suggest degree program integration. This would assist to integrate knowledge, experience, and practical skills in a balanced way.
