The intent of this project was to give teachers the skills needed to help them lead this demographic group effectively.  During the first phase of the project, research was conducted to understand learning styles.  The second phase of the project was the developmental stage.  The project director used research results from phase one to develop a plan to equip teachers to lead Generation X effectively in Bible study.  The third phase of the project was the implementation phase in which the project director trained a selected group of teachers at Liberty Park Baptist Church to lead Generation X.
