The concept of spiritual growth guides blended some of the aspects of discipleship, mentoring, and Christian coaching.  The director trained the select team in four sessions over a four-week period. Mentorships offered a viable key to effect change in the students' Christian spiritual growth through accountability and personal relationships. The strategy included a variety of disciplines that were germane to current ministry as a church planter.  The first step was to explore models and study pertinent demographic data describing the Extremaduran people group.  Then the project director developed a strategy for making disciples among the Extremaduran people group and presented it to key leaders.  Throughout the process, goals were evaluated according to specific standards that will maintain both quality assurance and product assessment.
