The project prepares young adult leaders to develop a ministry plan for young adults, teaching them characteristics and needs of young adults, training them to develop and implement surveys, and directing them in developing a ministry plan based on survey results.  The ministry plan was evaluated by selected church leaders and three young adult ministers.
