Living Hope Baptist Church is a one-campus medium-sized Baptist church which currently serves the Sango community of the Greater Clarksville is to implement local community based church sites instead of drawing unchurched people only to the current campus of Living Hope Baptist Church. It is this pastor's vision Living Hope would become a lighthouse to her community by providing incarnational ministry to people in specified areas of Clarksville. This project included three goals. This project develoepd a faith-based strategy to equip ministers with knowledge of crisis ministry and how it will affect them.  The training offers information and skill sbaout caring for themsleves and others in crisis.   During the immediate crisis response, the State Board of Missions provided intervention specialists to come alongside the ministers for support.  When the effects of the stress seem to be hampering the minster's  overall well-being the intervention specialist refers to mental health professionals for more definitive care.  Followiong th eimmediate crisis minstry, the State Board of Missions offered pastoral care services and a retreat for the purpose of renewal and recovery in a group setting. The first step involved an in-depth study of FBCH's attendance trends from 2005 to 2015 based on the annual church profile reports and recorded church history. The project director compared discipleship strategies of churches with similar characteristics and conducted a survey of church leaders to determine the current condition of FBCH discipleship. The research showed that FBCH plateaued in attendance from 2008 to 2013. The project director determined that FBCH needed a disciple-making strategy that led to multiplication and focused on transformation. He researched church revitalization strategies through the use of a questionnaire, gathering expert analysis and bibliographic data in order to gain an understanding of the critical elements in the field of church revitalization. The project director then developed church revitalization strategy sessions and a resulting church revitalization strategy for Calvary Baptist Church, New Orleans, Louisiana, utilizing a selected group of leaders and experts.
