This project required an extensive analysis of the program needs of the Mansfield/South Arlington area, resulting in a proposal to the Arlington YMCA regarding terms of building use. Since very few helpful models or institutions are likely to be available, the church, through the local congregation, must be able to offer a viable ministry of reconciliation.  This project focuses first on an analysis of the circumstances which presently are contributing to the pain and separation. Secondly, it attempts to build a practical theology where belief and practice are mutually independent.
