It sought to identify particular attitudes, values, and personality traits that could contribute to effectiveness in four areas of ministry: catechetical, pastoral care, community building and social justice.  The theological basis for the project was strongly influenced by the theology of Edward Schillebeeckx.  Methodology consisted of an autobiography, standardized personality testing and feedback.
