This conviction is supported by biblical and theological foundations. The project consisted of six classes where personality and stewardship tests were given.  Discussions about the biblical view of stewardship and one's own feelings, fears, motivations, and needs took place. The study engaged three groups of laity at different levels of involvement in the preparation of four sermons.
