The project starts with a case study describing the situation in one small church.  This is followed by an explanation of what happened, resources used, and an evaluation.  A detailed outline of the process followed is included in the last half of the paper. The project resulted in a far-reaching proposal for renewal of structure and strategy for the Presbyterian Church of Korea, some of which is being adopted at present.  The table of contents are: 1. the situation confronted by the Korean Church; 2. the theology of mission and Korean theological thoughts; 3. a responding mission community; 4. the Presbyterian Church of Korea's mission strategy as shown in survey results; and 5. mission strategy and plans for church renewal.
