The thesis is that interim ministry can be carried out effectively using spiritual guidance, rather than management, as the central organizing principle.  Methodology is to survey relevant literature, describe the social framework, explore family systems concepts of homeostasis, differentiation, and emotional triangles, form spirituality groups to explore spiritual guidance, and formulate conclusions.
