It discusses the colonial Anglican church's lack of a missionary bishop as one of the underlying causes of the Revolution.  The project also covers the Episcopal Church's inadequate Indian missions, even though the first missionary for Spokane was an Indian. The study examines the crisis, the denomination's historical and social origins, basis of union, and current mission strategies.
