A survey of representative Anglican theologians since Cranmer establishes a growth of teaching on eucharistic offering and sacrifice.  A parallel survey of the almost 100 revisions of the Anglican eucharistic rite illustrates the liturgical evolution of the offertory in Anglicanism.  Comparing the two developments shows clearly that the liturgical law so beloved of Anglicans 'lex orandi, lex credendi' is inapplicable; in this instance, at least, the formula should be 'lex credendi, lex orandi.' Pre and post-project surveys demonstrated that clergy are more informed regarding the nature of Epiphany than about its historical development, liturgical celebration, and educational observance. Through a study of Zwingli and Calvin, one can see the interplay between a sovereign God and human responsibility in a individual's spiritual growth. Turretin, Edwards, and Pannenberg demonstrate the inherent fluidity within form intrinsic to Reformed spirituality. In response to the growing AIDS crisis the governor of Minnesota convened state leaders to develop a comprehensive statewide strategy.  This process provided a case study for exploring: (1) the intent of the religious community in regard to an emerging social issue with significant public policy implications; and (2) the impact of the religious community on those who are responsible for developing and implementing public policy.  Policy makers were virtually unaware of the efforts of the religious community, yet most of its positions resonated with the values of policy makers.
