The study involved use of a two group pretest/posttest to test for knowledge gain as well as three spiritual gift inventories.  Attitude change was measured by use of a semantic differential constructed for this project.  A focused interview was also conducted with small group participants.  The result of the project showed some significant change in attitude toward ministry involvement in those who understood themselves as gifted for ministry. A model for witness training and relational evangelism is developed from the evangelistic principles evident in John's gospel.  Participants learn to interact in a personable manner with unfamiliar people and develop new relationships at that first encounter. Relational evangelism is tested in its most difficult situation.  The quasi-experimental design for social research found in Handbook for Congregational Studies by Carroll, Dudley and McKinney evaluates the program. The ministry was offered to a group of four infertile couples during eight group sessions for a total of twelve contact hours.  A pretest/posttest questionnaire was given to the couples.
