This dissertation focuses upon collaborative preaching within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area to discover the population of Southern Baptist pastors using these homilectical methods. New member assimilation can be best improved by developing a healthy system that new members may join.  The project involved 10 church members in an eight-week study using lectures, group dialogue, and psychological instruments.
