By using CPE students in its medical centers the Department of Veterans Affairs could provide an effective spiritual ministry at relatively little cost to the institution. The project administered a questionnaire to 110 patients, chaplains, medical center employees, and CPE students, seeking to measure perceived benefits of a CPE program. This project assesses vital signs of effective multiple-staff ministries or church pastoral teams among Chinese churches in the United States. The project surveyed 30 such churches, selecting 10 for closer scrutiny. Evidence of a healthy, growing, vibrant multiple-staff ministry can be seen through vital signs such as communication, conflict management and resolution, cultural understanding, leadership, longevity of the staff, personality mix, vision, direction, and organization of the staff."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Miscellaneous"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["4f3e9d5f-fc19-4d44-a264-44b56604eb9a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791129574102269952,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T07:17:52.177Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T05:19:10Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T07:21:58Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"cde065cb-0200-4f55-8e0d-5dd3789b2e9f","accessControl_ssim":["7723da66-9d82-4497-b17e-062bdf17b791"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["The care network: a strategy for making the church a more caring family of friends"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T05:19:09Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T04:02:25Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["61c167a2-7c02-4585-935d-1dffe681d56b"],"hasLease_ssim":["d27fac2f-a5ea-47be-a47b-c223d2d06b4a"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Talbot School of Theology"],"advisor_tesim":["Gary L McIntosh"],"year_tesim":["1996"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["S Mikael Carrier"],"publisher_tesim":["Talbot School of Theology of Biola University"],"subject_tesim":["Bellevue Baptist Church (Cordova, Tenn)","Church renewal","Church group work"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This project describes research and development of a network of peer-led support groups at Bellevue Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist megachurch in suburban Memphis, Tennessee.
