Usando el método etnográfico, se entrevistaron primados, arzobispos, obispos, plantadores de iglesia y académicos de la Comunión Anglicana. Esta tesis buscó las causales de una iglesia en mantención, tales como, problema de mentalidad, de falta de visión, de liderazgo, de resistencia al cambio, etc. Investiga además el tema de la personalidad en el ministerio de un pastor.
