Usando el método etnográfico, se entrevistaron primados, arzobispos, obispos, plantadores de iglesia y académicos de la Comunión Anglicana. Esta tesis buscó las causales de una iglesia en mantención, tales como, problema de mentalidad, de falta de visión, de liderazgo, de resistencia al cambio, etc. Investiga además el tema de la personalidad en el ministerio de un pastor. Spiritual renewal from short-term mission trips are a valuable part of the mutual exchange that occurs in missions today.  The thesis is that short-term missions can challenge a person's worldview, increase prayer life, and provide an overall commitment to the Great Commission.
