The author asserts that properly interpreting the Scriptures as well as properly interpreting oneself in light of the Scriptures is paramount for life change. The study especially focused on cultivating this habit among Millennials.Method: After submitting a questionnaire to the congregation at large and facilitating pre-seminar interviews with a volunteer group of Millennials from the congregation, the author implemented a six-session seminar designed to cultivate “hermeneutical meditation” among the Millennials who volunteered. Epistles of Paul"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["Although independent Baptist pastoral training institutions have served the Spanish-speaking church in Latin America for decades, most have become stagnated in academic development and institutional advancement.  The purpose of this study was to develop a strategic plan that will encourage these institutions to pursue an accreditation model.  This study identified five impediments to this pursuit. 1.         Insufficient academic preparation of professors2.         Excessive government restrictions3.         Poor economic situation in country4.         Lack of interest/Lack of knowledge of benefits5.         Low academic level of studentsThis quantitative data was obtained through a Delphi survey of twenty-two individuals from three distinct subgroups: (1) Independent Baptist missionaries actively involved in pastoral training in Spanish-speaking Latin America, (2) Independent Baptist Hispanic pastors or professors who were trained in Latin America and who retain involvement in this ministry, and (3) Independent Baptist theological educators who have experience with the accreditation process.  Through the Delphi survey the participants suggested the above-mentioned impediments to the pursuit of an accreditation model.  The Delphi expert panel also provided qualitative data by sharing additional insight into the nature of the impediments through comments made within the survey and personal conversations with the author.Once the five impediments had been identified a Delphi support team worked with the author to develop a strategic plan to address each impediment.  Specific goals were set, and action steps were identified. This research centered on the task of enhancing a specific seminar in French-speaking, Sub-Saharan Africa through non-formal methods. The research design uses content analysis, and incorporates interviews, questionnaires, as well as notes and observations of three generations of seminars to generate methods of instructing. These methods integrate models of orality, the traditional way that people in Africa learn, general adult education, and the teachings of Jesus. The intent of this project is to create an environment of transformation for the development of virtuous leaders at Crosspoint Church in Hemet, California.  This project, therefore, developed lectures on the creation ordinances of Genesis, the wisdom sayings of Proverbs, the beatitudes of Matthew's gospel, and the key vice and virtue lists of the New Testament.  The research design combined thirteen weeks of instruction, weekly sermonic reading, daily practice of the spiritual disciplines, and evaluation instruments. To this end church leaders across the author's denomination were surveyed to develop a baseline for how people integrate their faith with their lives. Instructional materials were prepared and presented to people from within the author's church and these people were also surveyed.
