This action research project involved qualitative inquiry, including action learning and appreciative inquiry. Qualitative data was collected through personal interviews, documents, participant participation, and researcher observations. Data was analyzed through reflective evaluation and content analysis. Six individuals and the researcher used the methodology of action research to collect and analyze the data. The data were gathered through written journal logs and group interviews. This study showed that hospitality is an inclusive practice. Secondly, there are four reasons why we should practice hospitality: hospitality creates a space for evangelism, is worship, is a spiritual dynamic, and is a practice that needs to be recovered. The purpose was to improve my cross-cultural itinerant ministry in the three areas of preparing for, administering, and sustaining an itinerant ministry. Using action research, data was collected from interviews with twelve experienced itinerant ministers and mined to derive their best practices. As the research subject, I then applied these identified practices to my itinerant ministry. This study involved interviewing sixteen Christian higher education faculty members and conducting seven focus groups involving the student leadership and faculty of Providence University College and Seminary. Using Action Research, 11 drop-in centre volunteers, over 3 sites, were interviewed and surveyed. The study was an action research using a qualitative phenomenological approach. A reflective program, named 'Uncommon-8-weeks' was designed and introduced to the congregants to practice reflection on eight sermons preached for eight consecutive weeks. Research result identified seven aspects of post-preaching reflection: remembering, considering, connecting, self-examining, desiring, planning, and acting. Through the use of action research and the active participation of congregants of the Kingsview Village Seventh-day Adventist Church I organized, developed, and conducted a series of seminars. Analysis and interpretation of information collected through questionnaires, interviews of congregants, and literature review of Muslim belief system informed the researcher in the development of equipping lessons and simulations. They met for eleven sessions of four hours over twelve months. A pre and post 360 survey, correspondence, field notes and session transcripts provided data that indicated positive development of the participants' missional leadership capacities. Experimentation, cohort learning and both experienced and local coaching were among elements that contributed to this development.
