The members were administered the survey and the interview as a pre-test and post-test. Between the surveys and the interviews, the sermons and the workshops were given as an intervention and as a treatment. They all showed improvement. Effective team ministry between female and male colleagues is possible when negative understandings of females as leaders and partners are properly corrected.
