The objective of the ministry was to train the laity of the church to do outreach witnessing.  The methodology used was an outreach ministry method of persuasion evangelism that invites others to come to Christ.  The hypothesis was that prayer and outreach witnessing will lead to church growth in the community.  The project has been evaluated through pre-tests, post-tests, survey questionnaires and how-to workshops.
