The methodologies included education of membership and shepherds, selection of populations for cells, tally sheets of various contacts, questionnaires to both cell families and shepherds and reflection of the researcher.  The findings proved this ministry is needed in the context and transferable to the general church. The character of a congregation is determined by its spirituality and social justice relevance.  The hypothesis is if members of a congregation understand the mandates of the gospel, they will develop a social justice consciousness.  The research methodology is a pre-test questionnaire that quantifies their understanding.  Participants will attend a four-week program focusing on the liberation message as a critical component of social activism. Three sessions on these subjects were designed by the pastor and presented to the church board. Five related sessions were presented to the congregation. The findings revealed that board and congregation were distrustful and non-supportive of each other. One congregant even challenged the board and pastor openly at the close of session four. Clergy crises in this project are defined as the various personal or ministry related problems that hinder clergy from being successful in reaching their career and family goals. Examples of such crises include ministry burnout, stress, marital discord, and spiritual weariness Surveys were distributed to 510 ministers in Roanoke and Richmond, Virginia to discover the most common crises and support resources among Virginia's ministers. The same survey was distributed to 50 ministers from the Roanoke Valley Ministers' Conference. A Series of five clergy support discussions were held during the conference's monthly meetings to address the most prevailing clergy crises. The model utilized a sermon series and small group Bible study to increase the congregation's ability to perform long-term visioning. Consequences of the qualitative analysis indicated the intervention resulted in increased awareness of vision, related to spiritual calling in the lives of the small group and the congregation. The construction process presented natural opportunities to encourage change while the parishioners concretely considered their comprehensive needs. A newly formed committee met monthly to reflect upon congregational renewal in five areas: worship, youth ministry, guest friendliness, outreach, and community relations. They also planned worship programming to transition from the former to the new church facility. Interviews, surveys, and the planned church services revealed that renewal had been initiated in the five areas. Church, Elyria, Ohio. This transformation was addressed by implementing a five-step program of enhancing the areas of worship life, music, fellowship, health, and Christian education. These areas were enhanced by workshops, programs, restructuring, and awareness seminars. The implementation phase of the project lasted six months. The T.P.M. was a 24-week intervention program divided into 6-week modules. Each module was used to nurture the physical, psychological, and spiritual development of African American males, at the University Community Christian Church, located at 2171 Avondale Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218. The Linear Analytic Model included: role play, group discussion, lectures, direct observation, prayer, and scripture. Concluded results from the T.P.M. data analysis indicated improved self-esteem and a more defined self-image among those who
